During Pushkar Fair, New Year, long weekends, festivals, or group events, stricter terms may apply, such as:
- No refund within 30 days of check-in
- 50% advance non-refundable

Eligible refunds are processed within 7–14 working days to the original payment method.
Payment gateway/bank charges are non-refundable.
